We were originally established in 2013 with the generous support of 175 backers on Kickstarter, and we are here to serve the community from which we were created.
As everyone should, we value the environment and are committed to making Mother Nature proud. From our paper and ink to our envelopes and packaging, we use all-natural, 100% recycled, recyclable and sustainable materials whenever possible.
We hope that one day it will always be possible to do so.
We are proud to run a business that is socially conscious and grounded in equity for all.
We are dedicated to working with vendors, freelancers and other businesses that are owned by folks of color, women and/or LGBTQ folks to source materials and promote our brand.
We print locally at New York City's only worker-owned, union print shop, where they value the environment as much as we do.
We believe in the meaningful practice of buying, writing and sending greeting cards to those we love. And we believe that greeting cards should speak to all experiences, all occasions and all people -- including LGBTQ folks, their families, their friends and allies.
The definition of gay is at our core :: of, relating to, or used by homosexuals; happily excited; bright, lively; keenly alive and exuberant. We use the word broadly as an attempt to be inclusive, not exclusive.
